Xanterra which owns the inn and ranch at furnace creek the prime visitor area in death valley has placed a necklace of casitas within an oasis of palm trees along the west side of the inn. Rates are based on double occupancy and additional adults are 20 per person per night. A two night stay equals a 20 percent savings and three or more nights will result in a 30 percent discount.
